Looks like Kate Middleton isn't the only Kate getting married! Kate Hudson's new engagement ring was spotted this morning during an interview with Matt Lauer. She told Matt that she got engaged about a week ago, and she was just waiting for someone to notice. Apparently she was inside 24/7 for the past week because how could someone NOT notice this sparkler?!?! Us Weekly estimates that her ring is a whopping 9 carats! Pretty hard to say no to that!
